The MSM also reported, and videotaped, officers who told parents not to go in there, as they would be shot on sight before they even got close. Not by any gunman, but by Law Enforcement.
So, imagine this: You're in a school, a gunman is loose shooting up the place, and nobody can get in or out without being shot by the authorities. You're trapped, and caught between a rock and a hard place. If there isn't anyone in that place, besides the gunman, that is armed, you're goose is liable to be cooked.
