This is a very odd article. It seems to me to have some elements that do not make sense at all.
1. Who made the call? We are not told.
2. Why have the 'police' taken the dog? And where is her dog?
3. Why is the neighbour feeling the need to be unknown, except by surname?
How come the reaction of the police to the incident was so over the top in relation to what it was? People not allowed out of their homes?! Really? For a dog bite incident? Hmmm
It is as if the reaction was for something else entirely that the public were not allowed to know and his article just covers the base, closes the gap in perceptions, etc. More than it seems.
