lemon ginger tea
Your body's ability to detox is key to maintaining good health, preventing illness and healing diseases.

There is a long list of toxins and pollutants that you can find in your water, food and air that inevitably gets into your body. Even with this happening, you can still maintain great health by keeping your kidneys, digestive system, liver and lymphatic system clean and healthy.

We have found an incredibly powerful recipe that is extremely inexpensive and effective at keeping your immune system healthy and ready for anything. Before we go over how to make this delicious tea though, let's quickly go over why it is so effective in healing your body by breaking down the ingredients.

1. The Fat-Reducing Effects Of Hot Water

Hot water, preferably used in tea, is a big part of meal time in Japan and China. What their studies have found is that cold water solidifies fat cells in your food, causing a sludgy, oily substance to coat your digestive system.

This can cause a whole range of problems from not being able to absorb the healthy parts of your food to a build up of cancer-causing excess fat. To avoid this, make sure that you are drinking hot or warm liquids with your meals.

2. The Healing Power Of Ginger

Ginger is one of my favorite secrets for digestive system health. Problems with indigestion, nausea, acid reflux and gas can all be solved by eating or drinking ginger. Ginger is also super effective in helping with inflammation. It helps with blood circulation and can even inhibit the rhinovirus, which leads to the common cold.

Ginger has also been found to shrink tumors - that's right, regular use of ginger can help with the fight against cancer.

3. The Cleansing Power Of Lemon

Lemon is a powerful agent that has many wonderful effects on your body. It is often recommended for sinus problems, colds and runny noses. It can be used to heal and flush out the kidneys and - if you have a history of kidney stones or urinary tract infections - lemon can aid the body in removal and prevention.

Lemon contains lots of vitamin C and can be used to protect your DNA from damaging and dangerous free radicals in the body. Lemon has been known to heal the skin and build blood vessels, cartilage and tendons. Lemon can help with pain and joint issues by reducing inflammation in the body. The super power of lemons can also help with anyone who has allergies by balancing the cells that can create histamine.

The healing powers of lemon can work wonders for people with diabetes by reducing and maintaining sugar levels. It is also known for its ability to help heal various cancers, especially colon cancer.

But Don't Just Take My Word For It!

Kayla from Wake up Laughing tried this tea for herself and after 6 weeks, this is what she found:

"My digestion has improved immensely. As I said, no bloating, no uncomfortable-ness after eating paired with an overall feeling of calmness from zero tummy troubles. And for me, zero tummy troubles meant greatly reduced anxiety, as the mornings have always been my highest anxiety time. To me, that benefit has been immeasurable.

I've also experienced improved skin, brighter eyes and more energy in the morning. I feel so hydrated in the morning and my cravings during the day are almost nonexistent. I am able to stick to my no-salt added diet like never before."
