
They are quick moving and dance around in the two-minute long video which was uploaded to YouTube.
The unusual white lights are similar to those spotted above a Blue concert in Hyde Park in June.
But in the London sighting the lights hovered in the sky for just a brief moment before they suddenly disappear into thin air, just as quickly as they came.
The Osaka globes are clearly seen for much longer.
Last month, mysterious footage from NASA's live feed appeared to show three blurry UFOs leaving the Earth's atmosphere and flying into space.
But as claims emerged that NASA had then abruptly cut off the footage, conspiracy theorists were convinced the clip was more proof of alien visitors.

The white objects frequently filmed in the skies over Mexico always look like bird flocks or helium balloons but these seem quite different.
Perhaps this is a holographic projection in the sky as depicted in the various web articles in the last few years or...who knows what.
Video and photos of this type of phenomenon are like photos and videos of bigfoot in that they are always blurry, shaky, too dark or filmed from too large a distance away or all four of these attributes so it's always a guess at what they truly are.
