Just Switzerland? The USofA is known as the 'safe haven' for everyone except its own citizens, essentially NewYork/WallStreet, as the stock market has replaced most bank accounts, but London is hanging in there for a close second place position, Switzerland is just closer and a known entity for those seeking to launder or hide ill gotten gains from their own govt's. I would suggest Greece push that 'odios' debt into an actual court case subjecting known offenders to rendition protocols confiscation etc, same as they would be here in the States, assuming they aren't 'made members' of the global ponzi club of course, and it seems that the new crew in Greece aren't such members.
