The footage was taken by a law student called David Jorge Lazarte, who noticed the ethereal lights as he worked out in his back garden in the Pueyrredón neighbourhood.
The orbs appear to rotate slowly as they move across the sky.
David immediately grabbed his camera to record the unexplained phenomenon.
He said: "I saw this bright object in the sky, looked for my camcorder and started to film, using my neighbour's banana tree as a reference.
"I have a tripod for the camcorder, but could not use it because I did not want to lose the opportunity to film the object. I recorded two more videos but they did not come out well."

Speaking to Dia a Dia, Lazarte, who recorded for 15 minutes, said: "It sailed through the sky at very low speed."
He added that the object was moving east.
A possible explanation is that it could be three yellow balloons tied together, as the object turns and twist like tied balloons do when been let go. And no I'm not a nay sayer, just not jumping to the UFO conclusion first!
