Well, it seems the new students were informed of the GM use in their cafetaria, though being aware of it's presence, doesn't equal awareness of its affects.... as it was a trial situation, and the students should of perhaps been informed of their 'guinea pig' status at the university. I would venture to guess that their parents weren't informed of their childrens' status as test subjects either... or I should say made aware of the potential affects of the study... which does seem much more open than the same ones here in the States... all based in denial, like most govt policy.
