Taylor SOUNDS like a typical government paid/inspired harasser/loser/flunkie trying to get in good with HIS (not mine!) 'government' again.
Odds are, Pullam plus wife and family will end up with $25K and be obliged to not talk about the incident. If so, then that constriction would show that SOMEONE wanted it kept quiet.
