Surely it would just be a question of finding out which bank accounts were being drawn from? I mean $550,000,000,000 is quote a lot of money and it did not come from nowhere, it came from accounts and presumably went to other accounts - I mean you don't spend electrons at Wal Mart.
All you have to do is trace the transfers and there is the smoking gun. As this is obviouslu co-ordinated there are only a couple of private individuals plus the Federal Reserve who might have been responsible in the States. China or Russia might have done it.
I'd put my money on the Fed as they did the other 9/11.
