Was it lightning that caused the fire or was it something else a la meteor? One would think that it places such as refineries, that they would have lots of safety mechanisms to avoid lightning strikes. It just seems a little odd, as this is an extremely rare event and yet there are refineries and chemical factories all over the world. But lately they appear to be very vulnerable.
