I still cheat here and there but for the most part I have been sticking to it. My energy levels are through the roof, I no longer have digestive issues and I have lost 15 pounds.
I haven't had any sort of fast food in all this time and I only miss it when I am hungry on the road. I no longer drink soda, only tea and water with a cup of coffee in the morning. I'll occasionally have a glass of fruit juice but I keep that to a minimum.
I recommend this diet to anyone with the fortitude to see it through. Bread and dairy are probably the things that I miss most but I can make do.
