The gentleman who needed a place to live - now has a place to live and he has the necessary documents to prove his right to reside in the house. He has researched and completed his 'homework' as it were and seems to know what he is doing. All I can say is good for him. The administration systems currently in place have a - gap - it would seem and an intelligent human being has worked out - how to make the - gap- work for him.
As for the neighbours - he isn't hurting anyone! Would the neighbours prefer that he be homeless?
