Second - the court had ruled that they should not have been cleared of charges based upon a "lack of evidence", ONLY!
Hence, they face retrial.
It's just a formality as Poland strictly follow NATO/PTB agenda.
FYI, there is also a curiosum on national scale going on. There is a patsy, a former Polish "veteran of war with terrorism" in Afghanistan (sgt. Jacek Żebryk), who brings charges against all internet users in Poland who dare to criticize the "Polish soldiers involved in the mission in Afghanistan". He's got full support of Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as arms manufacturers. This is reality.
