The shooter allegedly asked the man: "Are you of Middle Eastern descent?" and "Are you Muslim?" before shooting him, reports MyFox Tampa Bay.
About 20 pellets were fired from the gun, but only two hit the man, who was not seriously injured.
The shooter is described as a white male between 18 and 30 with short blond hair, standing about 6 feet tall and weighing 180 pounds.
The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is offering a $1,000 reward to anyone who turns over information leading to the shooter's arrest.

After adjusting for population, we certainly account for more BS/Stupid scumbag news, per capita than any other. (If Cal. had less people, perhaps it might be in the running. Texas & NY also come to mind.)
