It seems that kids across America are being exposed to the law at a younger age. With the police presence in schools throughout the country, more kids have been getting arrested for things such as disrupting class and even using perfume. Many critics believe that these sort of disciplinary actions are going overboard and only creating a culture of delinquency. Susan Phillips, research analyst for The Sentencing Project, joins us with more.

But even they observe limits, from what I can tell, that they are unwilling to cross. This Susan Phillips lady is pretty radical. But what side is she on?
Because if she were on the good side she should be totally aware of why schools have been forced to deteriorate to the extent that they have. Forced, over the objections of teachers, then parents, and finally children, to criminalize the condition of childhood. She should know why this happened and what has to be done to repair it. So why doesn't she tell RT why, and why doesn't RT tell us?
