The documetary in No Way implies that Kinsey was a pedophile just that he used data supplied by such people.
About the worst accusation is that if he had broken his promises of confidentiality some pedopliles may have been arrested. It's really about the morality of using "tainted" information - like that derived from Nazi concentration camp medical experiments.
