enough with the pro meat propaganda.. people can live off meat and be very healthy and there are a lot of them to prove that.. cooked meat is toxic.. it must be from well looked after, grass fed animals and raw or close to raw.... only because people who stop eating wheat are healthier and thus the meat is not as harmfull as if they are eating meat, it does not mean all meat is good.
and also many people trying to eat meat again - cooked - feel very bad from it...
every time you have pro meat, pro cigarettes propaganda here... wth?
