Cause that's what we need. People teaching us how to fish. I heard he doesn't want to expand his farm, but glad to hear the voice is going out there and reaching people. It certainly reached me, even though he wasn't the one who spoke it. To think how much energy, gas, oil you can save while making nature more well-being and while getting more healthy, antibiotic-medicine-gmo-free food in times like these. I'm sure there's a lot to improve on those farming systems he uses, after all it's a new frontier in a sense that only with today's technology we can observe it more completely, yet without being insightful and seeing both the forest and the trees and what their relations are we can start working for more sustainable food production for both man and animal.
I'm one of the permaculture students and polyface farming has gained my interest a great deal. If there's some place I wanna put money for charity, it's this. As a student of permaculture I'm very much looking forward to learning more of his polyface farming style. Thus, thanks SotT for the amazon link!
