Known as Morning Glory clouds, they appear every fall over Burketown, Queensland, Australia, a remote town with fewer than 200 residents. A small number of pilots and tourists travel there each year in hopes of "cloud surfing" with the mysterious phenomenon.
Similar tubular shaped clouds called roll clouds appear in various places around the globe. But nobody has yet figured out what causes the Morning Glory clouds.

as far as i can ascertain, no tricks this time. There appears something physically moving in the air up there.

Most sober explanation is an invisible aircraft prototype with a new engine, generating the contrail.
Wilder speculation is a 'Cart-rut reflection' of a 4thD vehicle in our 3thDensity through a window, leaving a mark as it moves in time and/or space. Or simply a snake/slug/bird creature moving in 4thD and is temporarily reflected in our reality due to changes of gravity and dimensional[etc] properties of the geographic location in the video.
Umm.. the video is creepy.
