On a recent episode of "Real Time" with Bill Maher, Scott Galloway, clinical professor of marketing at the New York University Stern School of Business, had a comical take on the cause of the pro-Palestine protests sweeping across American Universities. From the New York Post:
He said that college campuses were increasingly becoming reminiscent of Nazi Germany โ€” and attributed the reason partly to young people not having enough sex.

"We need to enjoy sex," Galloway offered to some initial confusion during an appearance on "Real Time" with Bill Maher Friday.

"I think part of the problem is young people aren't having enough sex so they go on the hunt for fake threats and the most popular threat through history is [antisemitism]."
Yes, it has nothing to do with Israel's genocidal rampage.
Galloway appeared on the show with former CNN host Don Lemon โ€” who later told The Post he was inclined to agree with the observation.
Well there you have it, if Don Lemon says it's true, it must be.
"It would definitely take the edge off," Lemon chimed in by phone.
Later in another interview with CNN Galloway restated what he believes accounts for the astronomical growth in the anti-Israel protests around the world. He claimed that people are conflating what's going on in Gaza with the Civil Rights movement.

I mean, it boggles the mind, what does the 1960s American civil rights movement have to do with what's going on in Gaza!?

Basic human rights for Palestinians? Who cares, they aren't really humans anyway. Systematic racial discrimination and violence? So what, they're all terrorists. Basic human needs for food, water and shelter not being met? That's ideal, given that the end goal is to starve them and steal their land.

The professor seriously argued that the protest movement all comes down to angsty teenagers who are sexually frustrated:
"Young people are enraged thanks to the lack of opportunity that they're presented with, protesting is the new sex, people aren't having as much sex, and I know how ridiculous that sounds. For the species to survive you have to have young people connecting in terms of romantic opportunities and also for the species to survive you get a dopa [dopamine] hit from gathering together and fighting off a perceived enemy and I think they're erring on the latter, if you will, I think they're on the hunt for a fake mortal enemy."
What he's effectively saying is that these dumb college kids need a distraction from human suffering. And furthermore that their concerns are unfounded, there is no genocide going on, and if you say otherwise, you're an anti-Semite.

Even a broken clock is right twice a day. Yes they got it wrong with BLM, the trans-agenda and climate change but they certainly haven't got it wrong when it comes to the genocide in Gaza. They have been trained to seek out oppression even when it isn't there, so when ACTUAL oppression rears its head, it should be glaringly obvious.

In addition, there have been worldwide protests since October 7th, many amassing millions of people of all ages, even reaching as far as Antarctica!

Can it all be chalked up to asexual, impotent men and women? Or "resentful harpies longing for domination," as the now-disgraced Jordan Peterson put it? Unlikely.

As for the idea of a 'fake mortal enemy', Galloway is either ignorant, brainwashed or intentionally concealing Israel's crimes against humanity.

Since October 7th in Gaza and the Occupied West Bank, Israel has:
  • Killed at least 35,088 people, 23,024 of whom were women and children. Injured more than 82,616 people
  • Deployed white phosphorus munitions
  • Executed, tortured and reportedly raped prisoners
  • Stolen organs and desecrated corpses
  • Killed countless civilians, especially when they are doing nothing wrong, as demonstrated by the man waving a white flag to get his family to safety or the group of people evacuating al-Rantisi Children's hospital
  • Buried alive injured civilians
  • Killed its own citizens under the Hannibal directive
  • Murdered aid workers and journalists and repeatedly targeted aid trucks
These are facts, not opinions.

These people will say anything to whitewash Israel's atrocities. Although, they're going to need a helluva lot more whitewash to cover the blood stains.
