SOTT Focus: NewsReal: Russiagate Redux - FBI Raided Trump to Keep Him Out of White House

newsreal trump raid fbi
© Sott.net
The release this week of a farcically redacted affidavit that granted the FBI its warrant to conduct an unprecedented raid on a former president's residence on August 8th underscores what most have intuited - that the move was politically motivated to thwart or prevent Trump from running for president again in 2024.

Trump's lawyers in March this year filed a RICO 'anti-conspiracy' lawsuit against the Clinton campaign team, the Democratic Party, the Department of Justice and the FBI itself, seeking restitution for the false allegations of 'Russian collusion' made against him. Whatever information Trump has against them, the raid on Mar-a-Lago was probably intended to forcibly remove from him.

This week on NewsReal, Joe and Niall discuss the likelihood of this rank 'political policing' translating into electoral success for Trump, the unravelling 'science of Covid vaccines', European leaders' warnings of 'the end of the age of abundance', and the possibility that the nuclear stand-off at Zaporozhye may expose a secret US-Ukrainian nuclear weapons program...

SOTT Focus: Objective:Health - Diet "Experts" Still Trying to Get You to Go Vegetarian

O:H header
The push to get the general public to stop eating meat and go vegetarian continues at pace, with a new study in the Lancet attempting to misguide. Interestingly, the diet dictocrats have been forced to drop (somewhat) the old red-meat-and-fat-raises-cholesterol-leading-to-heart-attack nonsense, simply because, as people have become more aware of the scam, it's no longer possible to steamroll over the truth.

But fear not. There's a new way meat is going to murder you in your sleep: TMAO. Trimethylamin N-oxide is an organic compound generated from the metabolism of a number of nutrients found in meat. Aside from the fact that the Lancet study was poorly designed, the assumption that TMAO causes cardiovascular issues is extremely tenuous. Similarly, the food that most boosts TMAO is fish, not meat, a fact the study fails to mention.

It would appear that "official science" is hoping to get as much traction out of the TMAO myth as they did out of the cholesterol myth, and their methodology is the same: poorly designed studies based on the assumption that meat consumption causes poor cardiovascular outcomes and fudging numbers to confirm their misguided premise. The goal is not to find the truth, it's to get you to stop eating meat.

Join us on this episode of Objective:Health as we take a look at the new boogey man on the block: TMAO. We also look at some of the other diet-health antics the "experts" are attempting to foist on the public.

SOTT Focus: NewsReal: Winning the Information War... by Car-Bombing Dugin's Daughter?

darya dugin newsreal
© Sott.netR.I.P.
Putin's brain, they call him. Putin's spiritual advisor, they also call him. If so, then it looks like Ukrainian 'special forces' almost left the Russian government rudderless last night when Aleksandr Dugin's 30-year-old daughter Darya Dugin was killed in a car-bomb (which was apparently targeting her father).

Of course, in reality, Dugin has nowhere near the influence in Kremlin circles that Western 'intellectuals' ascribe to Russia's Eurasianist philosopher. But decades of lies take their toll on certain types of people - not least ultra-nationalist Ukrainians - spurring them to commit malicious crimes they believe will 'help' their cause.

This week on NewsReal, Joe and Niall take stock of the major recent uptick in military attacks and sabotage (likely of Ukrainian origin) inside Russian-occupied Ukraine and the Russian Federation proper - not least the hare-brained scheme to provoke a meltdown at Zaporozhye's nuclear plant. In the second hour they express shock at the 'news' that excess death rates are up sharply across the Western world. Whatever could have caused that?!...

SOTT Focus: Objective:Health - In The News: CDC funny business, Turbo-Cancer from mRNA vaccines

O:H header
This episode of Objective:Health is another in our ongoing In The News segments.

This week we look at a study out of Thailand that found 1 in 3 teens suffer cardiovascular side effects while 1 in 43 suffer heart inflammation. We also look at what some are calling 'Turbo Cancer,' aggressive cancers that are coming up after receiving mRNA vaccinations. Some are new cancers, some are old cancers that were previously in remission, but they're coming on much stronger than doctors have previously seen. We also talk about the CDC's 'too-little-to-late' Covid policy change that basically shifts all of the US to policies Florida was implementing two years ago.

Join us for all of this and more on this episode of Objective:Health.

SOTT Focus: Objective:Health - Is the Low Serotonin Model of Depression Finally Dying?

O:H header
Last week, University College London researchers did a landmark review "The serotonin theory of depression: a systematic umbrella review of the evidence." The authors said they found 'no convincing evidence' of a link between low serotonin levels and depression.

The popularity of the "chemical imbalance" theory has coincided with a huge increase in the use of antidepressants, one of the pharmaceutical industry's biggest cash cows. But for 30 years there have been many doctors and researchers calling bullshit on the theory; it was a myth created to find a profitable use for SSRIs after they were invented.

'Thousands suffer from side effects of antidepressants, including severe withdrawal effects that can occur when people try to stop them, yet prescription rates continue to rise,' said lead author of the study, Professor Joanna Moncrieff. 'We believe this situation has been driven partly by the false belief that depression is due to a chemical imbalance.'

On this episode of Objective:Health we debunk yet another lie driving our culture: the 'chemical imbalance' theory of depression. Join us as we delve into the murky world of depression and cover some other theories far more plausible than 'chemical imbalance'.

SOTT Focus: NewsReal: Social Justice? Alex Jones (Mis)Trial 'Takes Out' Infowars

alex jones sandy hook newsreal
© Sott.netOr are they?
After almost 30 years as a bullhorn against the US establishment and 'globalist' imperial class, is Alex Jones finished? The $45 million in damages awarded to Sandy Hook parents is the end of the line for Alex Jones' Infowars - at least, you'd be forgiven for assuming that based on media coverage of his recent defeat in court.

Look a little closer though, and it seems very unlikely that Jones or his company will have to pay anything close to that. In any event, the purpose of this bizarre showtrial is clear: to deter others from criticizing, much less challenging, government edicts. Don't get us wrong: Jones defamed those parents when he accused them of being 'crisis actors', but that doesn't make the unanswered questions about such atrocities go away.

In the second hour of this NewsReal, Joe and Niall take in the latest US imperial 'theatrics' abroad, including Biden's 'taking out' of 'the leader of al Qaeda in Afghanistan' and Pelosi's posturing in Taiwan, and note the complete dominance of Trump-allied or 'Trumpian' candidates in ongoing Republican Party primary elections. They keep trying to stamp it out, but the populist wave keeps growing and growing...

SOTT Focus: Objective:Health - In The News: Alzheimer's Research Faked, Dutch Farmers Protest Green Agenda, Your Pee is Pollution

O:H header
Welcome to another episode of In The News, where we look through the latest health headlines and bring you the O:H take.

On this episode we talk about a once considered groundbreaking Alzheimer's study that's been found to be fraudulent and has been misdirecting further research for the past 16 years.

We also talk about the Netherlands where farmers are protesting the government's ridiculous attempts to being in harmful Green-Agenda policies that will cost farmer's their livelihoods and threaten food security for the country and Europe.

We also look at more Green propaganda, as Scientific American tries to tell us that too much protein in the diet makes our urine a "problem pollutant." We take this as an opportunity to debunk the "too much protein" myth and show how this is yet another piece of propaganda trying to convince you to give up eating meat.

SOTT Focus: NewsReal: Will US Provoke China-Taiwan War? Possible, But Only as 'Trump' Card to Upend Global Economy

pelosi taiwan china newsreal

Biden has Covid - again! Or is it 'Paxlovid rebound'? Whatever the case may be with the demented 'leader of the free world', it's patently clear that understanding of 'the science' of seasonal respiratory viruses remains as elusive to Our Dear Medical Authorities as ever. Media blathering aside, the sheer paucity of 'Covid deaths', coupled with widespread ennui towards 'anti-pandemic measures', means The Rona is done for justifying further lockdowns and vaccine mandates.

Also on this week's NewsReal, Joe and Niall track Nancy Pelosi's plane across the Pacific Ocean to explore the likelihood of war between the US and China over Taiwan's future, lampoon the latest insane 'energy-saving measures' Western governments are imposing on people to 'defeat Putin / save the planet', and list the latest Ukrainian atrocities projected onto Russia as that awful country continues disintegrating under the weight of its own lies.

SOTT Focus: Objective:Health - Is No-Virus Theory a Psy-Op?

O:H header
Once in awhile, conspiracy theorists tend to go off the rails and start going down labyrinthine rabbit holes that lead nowhere. The no-virus theory seems to be the latest of these, especially as it relates to Covid. We did a show on this back in March of 2021 and, despite our thinking it was a flash in the pan, it seems to be popping up a lot lately. Many people in the alternative realm seem to be more receptive than ever and are more than happy to smear those who refute it (including Dr. Robert Malone).

As with many off-the-rails conspiracy theories, one can easily get caught up in the minutiae. But what is lacking in the no-virus theory is a coherent explanation for what we all see daily and has been studied extensively in complex field of study.

Do virologists get everything right? Of course not, and you'd be unlikely to find one who said otherwise. But does that mean an entire field of science is bunk? Should we throw away hundreds of years of research in order to refute the idea that disease can be spread by through infectious agents like viruses? If we assume that viruses don't exist and all the research ever done about them is nonsense, we will never find out what's going on (which may be the whole point of spreading the no-virus theory among critical researchers).

Join us for this episode of Objective:Health as we go toe-to-toe with the latest mind-virus to be infecting the fringe: no-virus theory.
