Big consultancies once hired armies off U.S. campuses! By the late 2000s they pivoted, Infosys, Wipro, TCS & Cognizant topped H-1B lists, Accenture ramped filings, IBM’s India headcount exploded. Not ‘talent scarcity,’ just a cheaper delivery model.
