This is incredibly disconcerting, & the possibility — however remote — that he may have been kidnapped (or worse) by the @CIA is NOT acceptable. ALL NATIONS must commit to NOT targeting authors, journalists, & #infosec professionals. It is unacceptable that this is even an issue.
