The distressing bodycam footage of Henry Nowak's final minutes has been released by the Crown Prosecution Service.

Henry was stabbed by Vickrum Digwa, with an 8-inch blade he said he carried as part of his Sikh faith, while walking home alone in December last year in Southampton, England.

Digwa told police officers he had been racially abused and acted in self-defense. The court dismissed his version of events, and he was sentenced to 21 years in prison for murder on Monday.

"I've been stabbed. I can't breathe," Henry told police officers.

"I don't think you have, mate," one replied, as they handcuffed him and arrested him on suspicion of assault.

He lost consciousness before anyone believed him. .....
