I think unless neutrality and peace deal is forthcoming in the next weeks/unless either side or a mistake escalates the conflict beyond #Ukraine borders then #Russia’s failure to hit plan A may mean a landlocked rump Western Ukraine past Kyiv and partition, client in S/East.
