A Perth-Cairns Jetstar flight filled with Christmas travellers was stranded in Townsville this morning due to severe rain over Cairns Airport, and was eventually one of the last to be allowed in. See the planes under water.#CycloneJasper pic.twitter.com/AYYuDSebLB
