It was letting an LAPD cop walk up to my camera and admit:

"City Council won't let us enforce the law."

I drove to downtown LA last week. Called 911 on 12 illegal RVs.

They told me to call the Sheriff.

DOT told me to call back the LAPD.

Then the cop showed up — and dropped the truth on camera.

This is California's biggest MISSTEP.
