Ketanji Brown Jackson’s record makes one thing clear.
She isn’t interpreting the Constitution. She’s interpreting her ideology.
When a justice dissents because she likes the policy more than the law, twists the First Amendment to justify compelled speech, defends racial preferences the Constitution forbids, and expands agency power beyond what Congress ever authorized, that’s not jurisprudence.

A Supreme Court justice is supposed to protect the structure of the Republic.
Jackson keeps bending it.
And that’s why she should not be on the bench.
