No the police should have looked at social media and should have peacefully checked people coming and going at all points in the park. They did not handle this correctly. It was like a terrorist attack.

Yes we have all followed the rules. Those who have not seen friends and live in enclosed areas need to get outside. Le bois de la camber is ideal. Young people especially need to have access to fresh air
