Pres Trump just said in the presser with Trudeau that on nuclear weapons China might be even in “four to five years.” If this is what he’s being told, it’s likely by folks in the WH who want to kill New START by hyping the need to include China, whose New Start # is ~0 today. 🤦🏽‍♂️
