Dancing my way through this storm... storm of change, of growth, of mistakes. 🌩 Recently I shared a big change and my full story with you all, and I have a had a rollercoaster of emotions since then, but finally coming to terms with it all now and feeling a huge sense of peace and relief that I don’t have to hide anything anymore. Brene brown says “If we can share our story with someone who responds with empathy and understanding, shame can't survive.” Thank you for hearing, understanding and supporting me.
