I will agree they could stop the horns after 10 or 11 pm. But "monstrocity" and "terrorize" are exagerated statements. I went on Sat, it was festive, joyful, friendly. Truckers have tables w/ free food foe the homeless, they shocel the sidewalks, they pick up trash every day.
