Sent into our NOAA Port Meteorological Officer from one of our Volunteer Obs Ships, the Florida Voyager in the western Caribbean Sea near #delta hurricane. The ship is cutting thru 14-16 foot seas with some 20 foot breakers over the bow. The deck is 27 ft above the water line. pic.twitter.com/nxWRHMvYI3
