Israel and Hamas signed the first phase of a 20-point ceasefire agreement:

The full plan includes 20 points, but in short, Israel abandons the occupation of Gaza and the eviction of residents from there, a plan for the reconstruction of the region and the creation of a free economic zone on its territory will be developed, and the Strip will be governed by an interim Palestinian Authority, not associated with Israel and Hamas.
For the plan to work, Hamas must release all Israeli hostages, in exchange for which Israel will release Palestinian prisoners and withdraw troops to the border security zone, and all Hamas fighters who lay down their arms will be granted amnesty and free exit from the Strip.
At the same time, the plan itself has so far been drawn up exclusively by the United States and Israel - Hamas has not yet accepted it, as Trump directly states. According to the American president, if the Palestinians abandon him, then Netanyahu will receive America's full support in his further actions."
