The family of a Palm Harbor man who had been missing for nearly 17 years says they have some closure tonight. Two volunteer sonar search and recovery teams found an SUV the family says belonged to the man in a retention pond. Human remains were found in the SUV. pic.twitter.com/dpDLK9dGmp
