Different studies, different estimates, but 30%-67% of STEM grads not employed, not landing STEM work. Note that before H-1B we had quite a few successful STEM pros without degrees, e.g. initially Jobs, Gates, Wozniak. Fair number of co-workers did NOT have degrees in 70s, 80s.
