Obviously by any intelligence projection, #ISIS, #alQaeda & #Hezbollah would penetrate the #MaduroRegime funded operation to pierce US borders. It's a no brainer. If skeptics want material "evidence" let the intelligence agencies use their resources to scan the #caravan for it.
