Tory MP Philip Davies has said murderers are more likely to be black.

I don't seem to remember Ian Brady, Myra Hindley, Fred and Rosemary West, the Yorkshire Ripper, Levi Bellfield or Dr Shipman being black.

In fact I can't think of many black serial killers.
