Imagine you're out in the country, visiting one fine summer's day, and you ask your host to give you a walking tour through some of the beautiful countryside surrounding his house. He's agreeable to your suggestion, and you spend a pleasant hour hiking up and down the surrounding low mountains.
How many of you have seen the movie "The Day After Tomorrow?" If you haven't, the thesis of the movie is that Global warming causes large areas of the Arctic to melt, so that the northern Atlantic ocean is diluted by large amounts of fresh water which changes the density of the water layers causing a disruption of the Thermohaline current.. This then leads to a rapid and unnatural cooling of the northern hemisphere which triggers a series of anomalies, eventually leading to a massive "global superstorm" system consisting of three gigantic hurricane-like superstorms, which suck up heat and drop the super-cold upper atmospheric air down onto the planet resulting in an "instant Ice age."

We all know how Iraq bit the dust, or at least we should. It was, to a large extent, the result of a "sexed up" dossier on Saddam's alleged ability to fire WMDs at the UK within 45 minutes. One of the chief architects of this, then Chairman of the Joint Intelligence Committee (JIC) John Scarlett, has recently been honored with a Knighthood for his duplicity, I believe he said something like: 'thank you your highness, just doing my job.'

Today's Boston Globe ran an editorial by the editorial page director, H.D.S. Greenway. It was a typical apparently "left of center" piece on a possible attack on Iran, with Greenway urging everyone to "step back and take a deep breath". Towards the end of the piece however, Greenway makes a comment where he momentarily strikes at the heart of the matter only to then gloss it over with a line taken directly from the Zionist book of truisms.

When Alexander Pope said, 'hope springs eternal in the human breast', he followed it with:
Man never Is, but always To be blest:
The soul, uneasy and confin'd from home,
Rests and expatiates in a life to come.
Unfortunately, most people never get past the first line. If they did, they would understand that Pope's message in this case was not exactly one of optimism, unless an optimist is someone who wins every argument with "hey, at least there's heaven!"
For an excellent example of what the US government has created in Iraq, we need look no further than the gruesome hanging and "accidental" decapitation of two of Saddam Hussein's aides.
