The trouble with writing about Genocide before it actually happens, is that you sound tin foil hat crazy, so I went looking for other people who understand and can see patterns. I found English writer Karen Harradine, and US writer Naomi Wolf, and no doubt there are others, not yet found. I am reminded of the US press agents in Berlin, warning their Jewish friends to get out because of the Nazis in the 1920s, a warning few of them acted on. I came to know about this, because my childhood next door neighbours were German Jews, their father had listened to the warning and got his family out to Australia early enough. In talking to Karen Harradine, I know it is a great frustration that so many people are so clueless, zombie like they live their lives.

There have been rumors of senior NATO commanders (i.e., colonels and majors) being either captured or killed in action in Ukraine ever since the siege of Mariupol liberated that city from the notorious neo-Nazi 'Azov Battalion' in May 2022. At the time, Russian-language media cited Russian soldiers on the front-line claiming that they had encountered in the bowels of the 'Azovstal' industrial zone a number of high-level, active-duty, military personnel from the US, Canada, France, the UK and elsewhere in NATO.

With no formal Russian government claim or evidence to support those earlier reports, they have thus far been consigned to Reddit and Telegram discussions. Recently however, the Russian Deputy Ambassador to the United Nations, Dmitry Polyanskiy, in an explosive post on 'X', strongly suggested that THE top general in the French military (at least, until he formally retired in 2010), Jean-Louis Georgelin, along with US Army Major-General Anthony Potts, were among the names of senior Western military figures recently killed 'in the line of duty' while unofficially in Ukraine.

Largely unnoticed by the public, the World Health Organization (WHO) is working to significantly expand its powers and usurp far-reaching control through the back door. Alternative for Germany Deputy Chair in the Bundestag Beatrix von Storch reveals the US billionaires behind it and who bought whom.

The WHO is currently working on a comprehensive initiative for pandemic prevention, which includes a Pandemic Treaty and changes to health regulations. These are expected to be decided by no later than May of next year. It's important to understand that the pandemic treaty is only part of the problem. More dangerous are the changes to international health regulations. While the Pandemic Treaty must be ratified as new international law, the changes to international health rules automatically apply to every WHO member unless they explicitly opt out.

Rockefeller, Gates & Bloomberg Foundations Control Global Health

The powerful players in global health are not elected governments, but three private foundations: the Rockefeller Foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Bloomberg Philanthropies. Among these, the Rockefeller Foundation, endowed with $5 billion, is by far the smallest, but also the oldest of the three. The Gates Foundation has an endowment of $40 billion US dollars, and Bloomberg Philanthropies has $50 billion.

These foundations are not only closely linked to the World Health Organization, but also to Big Pharma and Big Finance, as well as the research sector. They combine investment, research funding, political lobbying, policy advising, and of course, public relations.

Bill Gates and Michael Bloomberg have been working together for decades. An important stage of their cooperation was the informal gathering of billionaires at Rockefeller University in 2009. The meeting, reported by NBC, was organized by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Bloomberg was already the Mayor of New York at that time.

The author of letters to social media companies demanding the financial punishment of Russell Brand is a British lawmaker implicated in London's war on Covid-19 and Ukraine dissenters. Her husband was a commander in the Army's psy-ops division.
Allegations of sexual impropriety and abuse by comedian and podcaster Russell Brand by the British media prompted YouTube to demonetize the star's popular channel on September 20.

The Grayzone can now reveal that YouTube's financial censorship of Brand is the result of an effort waged by a former British government minister who was responsible for London's crackdown on dissent during the Covid-19 pandemic. Her husband has also participated in that campaign of state repression as deputy commander of 77th Brigade, the British Army's psychological warfare division.

YouTube justified its demonetization of Brand on the grounds that he violated its "creator responsibility policy." This marks the first time a content creator has been financially punished by the company for reasons other than the videos published on the site. A spokesperson has claimed, "if a creator's off-platform behaviour harms our users, employees or ecosystem, we take action."

The allegations against Brand date from betwee 2006 and '13, and have yet to be proven in court. There is no indication the charges are being investigated by law enforcement in Britain or the US, where the offenses allegedly occurred. Brand has vehemently denied accusations of abuse and rape.

Popular online commentator Russell Brand is the latest truth-speaker to feel the wrath of totalitarian corporate media executives and global government institutions. Revealing the fruits of a "years-long, in-depth investigation" into everything Brand has ever said or done, British legacy media gatekeepers have unearthed four women they allege were "raped or emotionally abused" by the ex-celebrity.

On the back of this, it seems, they hope to either induce Brand into shutting up and/or losing public viewership. Meanwhile, the farcical indictments against Trump continue, with the judge in his federal case (concerning "election subversion by questioning the result of the 2020 US presidential election") refusing to recuse herself following her harsh sentencing of January 6th "insurrectionists."

This report is designed to help readers think about some big topics: how to really prevent pandemics and biological warfare, how to assess proposals by the WHO and its members for responding to pandemics, and whether we can rely on our health officials to navigate these areas in ways that make sense and will help their populations.

We start with a history of biological arms control and rapidly move to the COVID pandemic, eventually arriving at plans to protect the future.

Weapons of Mass Destruction: Chem/Bio

Traditionally, the Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) have been labelled Chemical, Biological, Radiologic, and Nuclear (CBRN).

The people of the world don't want them used on us — for they are cheap ways to kill and maim large numbers of people quickly. And so international treaties were created to try to prevent their development (only in the later treaties) and use (in all the biological arms control treaties). First was the Geneva Protocol of 1925, following the use of poison gases and limited biological weapons in World War I, banning the use of biological and chemical weapons in war. The US and many nations signed it, but it took 50 years for the US to ratify it, and during those 50 years the US asserted it was not bound by the treaty.

So-called historic wildfires in the U.S., Greece, and Canada filled corporate media headlines while blaming "global boiling." However, the annual number of wildfires for 2023 remains average. In Greece, the annual average did increase moderately, and arsonists were to blame. Social media was flooded with convincing points and speculations, blaming the globalist psychos' minions for starting the fires in order to spread fears of man-made climate change to push Net Zero policies throughout the Western world, and also, to take advantage of the aftermath to buy land at a fraction of their original price.

Accusations of land-grabbing grew even louder after the Lahaina fires when private companies "generously" offered to buy the affected land. But then, Governor Josh Green, said he would not allow the land to end up in private hands, but that the government could buy them. Is this good news for the people of Lahaina? Or will the land, once handed over to the government, end up in the hands of private companies anyway? That remains to be seen.

But whether it was natural, man-made, or both, the official death toll from the fires is 115. Considering the population of Lahaina, that's a huge death toll. In addition, Maui's major reported that 850 people were still reported missing, and suddenly the number went down to 60.

There are many things to blame for this tragedy:

- Government incompetence.
- Laughable budget for wildfire safety.
- Exceptionally flammable grass was introduced in 2020.
- Extreme winds.
- No warning sirens.
- State officials refused to release water.
- High voltage cables cut and laid over dry grass.
- Police blockades that kept people from fleeing the deadly fires.
- Utility trucks blocked roads as people tried to flee.

Later, the government erected a fence around the affected areas, and fire survivors were not allowed to return to what was left of their homes and businesses. For "their protection", they said. Or is there something else they want to hide?

In early August, the warm-mongers were still pushing the "world is boiling" nonsense, while the US had a cooler-than-average summer, and northern Italy, the Dolomites, and the Pyrenees were hit with summer snow!

Then they change the narrative a bit and blame global warming for the extreme flooding around the world, yet, as we have shared before, it's all part of natural cycles, pointing out a shift to colder global temperatures.

And again it has nothing to do with CO2:

Recent research suggests carbon dioxide molecules have little consequential impact on outgoing radiation, and that today's climate models assign fundamentally erroneous global temperature effects to CO2.

But that doesn't matter because the goal of the globalist psychos and their minions - the corporate media and paid "experts" - is to fuel the fires of fear and hysteria. However, it seems that fewer and fewer people are buying into their lies, as reality sometimes reveals itself quite dramatically.

The Ukrainian counter-offensive is clearly not moving anywhere, yet it's still 'full-steam ahead' for the Western imperialists' 'total war on Russia'. And they're winning, but only in their own minds. In the real world, the G20 summit in India this week confirms that the Global South/East is not following the West into its Grand Delusion. As the Ukraine/NATO-Russia War grinds on, omens mount of coming major turmoil, not least the rash of record rainfall bringing flash-flooding the world over in recent days...

As the West's proxy war in Ukraine slips inexorably towards utter failure, the neocons behind the debacle are faced with dwindling avenues of retreat.

Early confidence that Russia, in its current form, would collapse under the pressure of the harshest sanctions regime in history failed to materialize. Early Russian miscalculations on the battlefield were not followed by a military meltdown, but by a pragmatic display of strategic adaptability, which is begrudgingly admired in the military war rooms of the West. The Russian army, far from falling apart, has steeled itself into making bold decisions to retreat when prudent and advance when required, both of which have proven devastating for their Ukrainian opponents. It follows that, as the Western political elites that cultivated this conflict peer into another winter of political, military, and potentially economic discontent, it is now that we potentially face the most dangerous period in Europe since the outbreak of WWII.

The catalyst for a wider war in Europe isn't, in fact, a limited conflict in Ukraine in itself, one that started in 2014 and, notably, had been largely ignored by Western powers for almost a decade. The real issue is that NATO, which is currently engaged in a proxy War with Russia, is facing a 'damned if you do and damned if you don't' scenario regarding its growing military involvement in Ukraine. If the US-led bloc escalates further as defeat looms, it could likely lead to direct confrontation with Russia. If it doesn't, its proxy will collapse and leave Russia victorious, a fate once utterly unthinkable in Brussels, Washington, and London, but now becoming a nightmarish reality.

It's been well over a year now since the health scare dubbed the Covid-19 pandemic has had any widespread impact upon the lives of the vast majority of humanity. Since the "fog of war" has lifted, so to speak, there has been very little introspection regarding the knee-jerk authoritarianism imposed upon humanity in the liberal press or mainstream academia. Eerie parallels connect the panic stirred up during the health crisis with the reaction to 9/11. There is also plenty of circumstantial evidence of prior knowledge and pre-planning for both of these events. In their wake, mass hysteria, government propaganda, tyranny, censorship, and irrational belief systems spawned out of each, supported by ruling class interests and mass media mouthpieces.

Although many policies related to the global war on terror and the pandemic certainly have fascistic and totalitarian impulses, there are key differences. Whereas the fascist and totalitarian rely on a single despot, and the marginalization of minority groups, postmodern tyranny operates according to the flows of late capitalism: diversity and inclusion are encouraged; power is spread through a corporate oligarchy, as well as political, military, and now medical hierarchies; and devastating economic and social effects are engendered by "absent causes"; i.e., abstract engines of capital: stock fluctuations, algorithms, financial instruments and various Finance/Insurance/Real Estate (FIRE) sector bubbles and scams.

The public is predictably bewildered by a revolving cast of bureaucrats and elites with varying amounts of sociopathic and narcissistic traits; however, the personal attributes of the cast members are extraneous to capital accumulation, imperialism, and the liquidation of nature. It is fine to use phrases like fascist or totalitarian in response to government policies for rhetorical effect; however, most Americans do not feel that way or use that terminology, which harkens back to a simpler era of boot stamping. We are rather enmeshed in a dictatorship of capital.
