Several major world events developed this week. While Putin and Xi both gave speeches outlining their takes on the present - and visions for a better future - fracture points in the rest of the world creaked and groaned. Protests continue in Spain as the government made moves to dissolve the Catalan parliament and hold its separatist leaders accountable. Kurdistan's own failed independence referendum was similarly squashed - the Iraqis took back Kirkuk almost without a shot fired, apparently with help from Iran. The Americans claim victory over ISIS in Raqqa while the Russians and Syria continue to clear the Deir Ezzor region of its jihadist occupiers. Israel continues to support Al-Qaeda in Syria - as if anyone could expect anything different from the world's worst terrorist regime.

Meanwhile the Russiagate non-scandal continues to unravel in the States, with increasingly hysterical stories quickly debunked, and no evidence presented for any of the major claims. Except when it comes to Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. The Hill exposed the Democrats' own Russiagate this week. Already, more evidence of their "collusion with Russia" has been presented than for the entire last year's worth of anti-Trump innuendo. This comes on the heels of major Democrat fundraiser and Hollywood bigwig Harvey Weinstein being exposed as a serial sex abuser, the fallout of which has seen dozens of celebrities come forward with their own accounts of abuse in the industry.

Today on the Health and Wellness Show, we interview Doctors of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine Linnéa Snyder (L.Ac. MSTCM) and James Lovinsky (L.Ac. MSTCM).

Linnéa currently practices in the state of Rhode Island. She was first drawn to acupuncture after receiving it as a teenager and noticing its widespread effects. Most notably, she loves the way it balances one's nervous-system and can clear emotional build-up without the necessity of attaching or sharing about the feelings or pain. Linnéa is interested in women's health, psycho-emotional disorders and stress induced illnesses. James came upon acupuncture during a very stressful period in his life. After trying several modalities to treat his own stress-induced health concerns, he settled on acupuncture. Upon changing his career and beginning acupuncture school he realized that Chinese medicine offered many treatments that could give patients an alternative to drugs and surgery. James is interested in pain management, digestive disorders and psycho-emotional health.

Linnéa and James met on their first day of acupuncture school. Both received their training in Boston at the New England School of Acupuncture and in San Francisco at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In addition to acupuncture, their training includes herbal medicine, nutrition, and treatment modalities like cupping, moxabustion and massage. Recently they learned the M-Test somatic response technique developed by Dr. Yoshito Mukaino, MD.

Unseasonable snow and cold temperatures also hit Northern Europe and the US northern States this September, while oversized hail, heavy rains and flooding also pounded Europe, South Asia and Africa.

The biggest mass shooting in modern American history. One shooter, 59 dead, almost 500 injured. No warning signs. No discernible motive. The shooter, Stephen Paddock, is a cipher. As if that ambiguity wasn't enough, even the basic facts were quickly thrown into question and contradicted by numerous eyewitness accounts and footage. What the media has reported from the very beginning has been only a fraction of what happened. Multiple shooters, multiple events at multiple hotels. Now there is evidence that Paddock might not have been alone in his hotel room in the days before the shooting. You'd think this could all be clarified quickly using the hotel's surveillance footage. Apparently not.

With 59 people dead and over 500 injured, last Sunday's mass shooting in Las Vegas was the 'worst-ever' for the US, beating the previous record death toll set at an Orlando gay nightclub all the way back in June 2016. Just as folks had been remarking how long it had been since a (major) mass shooting in the US of A...

The official story is that this brazen massacre on October 1st was solely the work of a wealthy 64-year-old white American retiree, Stephen C. Paddock, resident of Mesquite, Nevada, with numerous other properties around the country, and frequent-visitor to 'Sin City'. With no apparent motive, Paddock single-handedly acquired an arsenal of heavy guns and thousands of rounds of ammo and shot up a country music festival at The Village open-air concert venue on the southern end of the Las Vegas 'strip', all from two broken windows in suite 135 of the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Hotel and Casino.

Despite an early claim by 'ISIS', courtesy of Rita Katz's dodgy SITE Intelligence outfit, that Paddock 'saw the light' a few weeks back, turned his back on the finer delights Vegas has to offer, and became "a soldier of the Caliphate", investigators have since reported that there are no credible links between him and international terrorism. Sadly, no one will ever get the chance to ask Paddock about his motives or if he had any accomplices because by the time Las Vegas PD broke down the doorway to suite 135 at 11:20pm, Paddock had already eaten a bullet. Why he would kill himself after setting up an elaborate camera system to warn him of security personnel approaching his suite is left unexplained. Why would he kill himself after wiring $100,000 to the Philippines, where his girlfriend was waiting for him? Today, Las Vegas Sheriff Lombardo gave another press conference where he stated that there was evidence that Paddock planned to escape, but could not publicly provide the evidence.

Paddock had no criminal record, no history of violence, no military experience, was "not an avid gun nut", had no particular religious or political views, and was not previously known to law enforcement. Nevertheless, authorities say, this is the man responsible for planning and conducting - at great personal expense, and requiring significant technical training and expertise - an operation in which he could fire off 1,000s of rounds from 23 "modified semi-automatic weapons", spraying the crowd below and, over the course of some 11-12 minutes, becoming America's Most Insane (Yet Disciplined) Mass Shooter. Ever.

Case closed? It is for the authorities, but many in the general public are not buying it, and for good reason.

Today on the health and wellness show we will discuss conspiracy theories that hijack the mind and lead to mass confusion and disinformation. There are plenty of conspiracy theories that compete for the greatest lack of credibility, rationality and substance. Chemtrails and Flat earth theories are two that come up regularly in the alternative media.

What happens when attention is drawn away from real problems? How is the public emotionally sidetracked - ignoring underlying problems that really need addressing? The question is what are people thinking or rather are they thinking at all?

This week Iraqi Kurdistan voted for its independence from the state of Iraq. So far, Israel is the only country to have expressed support for their cause. Iraq called the referendum illegal and unconstitutional. Iran and Turkey are in agreement, conducting joint military drills, and implementing measures against the Kurds to thwart their attempt to form an independent nation state. Even the U.S. won't recognize the move (officially, at least). But as Erdogan put it this weekend, "What are they thinking?"

Meanwhile, today Catalonia plans to go ahead with its own independence referendum, despite strong statements and actions from Spanish authorities, including legal, police, and cyber measures taken to discourage or stop the vote.

Globalism is just like mafia, but with lot more complexity and respectability. If you have watched mob films such as The Godfather, you can understand how the world works. For example, in Godfather II, a bunch of mobsters get together in Havana, Cuba, to celebrate Hyman Roth's birthday. As the birthday cake is symbolically cut into pieces and distributed, Roth tells the group how Cuba will be split up among the guests. Extrapolate this scene to the world, you can visualize how the world works.

Corporations to Central Banks

The power structure of global elites is like nested Russian dolls made up of corporations. How many people realize that KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut are owned by the same corporation? Or that HBO, CNN, TBS, TNT, and Cartoon Network all report to the same boss? Or that whether you drink Budweiser, Corona, Stella, Busch or Michelob (and dozens of others), you end up paying one giant corporation?

Who controls these corporations? It's not the CEO, as most people believe. The real control lies in the hands of the largest shareholders and/or the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors of all giant corporations are linked to each other by one or two degrees of separation. Some elites even sit on multiple boards at the same time. For example, Rochelle Lazarus sits on the boards of Merck, GE and Blackstone; Jon Huntsman sits on the boards of Hilton, Ford, Caterpillar and Chevron; and Timothy P. Flynn is a director at JP Morgan Chase, Wal-Mart, Alcoa and United Healthcare. Think for a moment how all these corporations would seem totally unrelated to a regular person.
