High Strangeness
He accused the five of leaving behind an unholy mess after turning up several times to exercise the demons which were responsible for the bad smells that were ruining his business - and added that after the failed exorcism the demons even started haunting him at home.
The case alleging 'religious malpractice' is reportedly the first time there has been such an allegation made in a Romanian court. The four priests had all tried and failed to exorcise the demons, according to the legal papers that named bishop Argatu, even though he had not been to the property, as he was in charge of the priests who had been there.
The case has already been rejected by a lower court in Romania and was rejected again this week by the Romanian High Court, but now the businessmen says he plans to go to the European Court of Human Rights.
A French man is convinced he's captured a spirit on camera after the phantom woke him from a nightmare.
Just before 6:00AM on Thursday, Georges Lurk was awoken from a nightmare to the sounds of Steven Spielberg's Poltergeist playing on the television. After waking from his dream while violently shaking, Lurk had a feeling that something was wrong, and left his friend's home to shake off the fear and grab a breath of fresh air. That's when he saw a poltergeist that didn't belong to Spielberg.
"I was frightened and I recorded the sound of the animals to keep a souvenir from that night," he wrote on YouTube. "When I recorded, I saw movement on the screen, so I looked at it. The light was almost vanished. I waited, eyes lock on the screen, craving to see more activity. I thought nothing more happened, so I stop recording. But when I saw the video again I noticed a second luminous spectre."
The bizarre skeleton was found in the water on March 28th by a Chinese fisherman who wasted no time calling the local news crews, and reporters rushed to photograph creature, all 153 joints of it.
According to Japanese news outfit Byoukan Sunday, the find has prompted some to wonder if the color and shape aren't just a little too perfect, inciting the thought that the bones might have been hand carved. Researchers, on the hand, have disputed this claim, saying that they believe the skeleton is mammalian in nature, and not a large fish as others have speculated.
Dr. Charles Hall appeared on an Australian morning show last week to discuss with the hosts his dealings with a race of alien beings he calls "the tall whites", interactions that he says took place during a top secret program hosted at a Nevada research base.
"I'm a Vietnam veteran and I enlisted in the Airforce in July in 1964, and I was trained as a weather observer and I was sent to Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada, outside of Las Vegas, and for two and a half years I was sent up to the gunnery ranges up at Indian Springs and I was given a clearance to allow me to go anywhere in Dreamland as long as I was alone," he told the hosts.
"I discovered that up there at the north end of Indian Springs Valley, which you can see on the map, in the state of Nevada here in America, that there was a base which the US Airforce maintained for a group of extraterrestrials who were tall and white. I, as the duty weather observer, was allowed to go up there or they were allowed to come down where I was. The interaction took place over 2 years."
The mysteries behind many UFO sightings may never be explained, but what happened over Puget Sound on June 21, 1947 is a mystery that's getting new life in a film.
It's a complex story with many facets, but it that can be summarized like this: At 2 p.m., Harold Dahl was on a fishing boat salvaging logs with his young son when he said he saw six flying discs appear above him over the water.
One of the donut-shaped discs appeared to be in trouble and dropped what appeared to be tons of a hot molten substance in the water and the beach. As the story goes, the heat and debris killed his dog and burned his son.
Days later he was visited by a mysterious "man in black," who told him not to talk about what he saw. He was then visited by two Air Force investigators who were on a classified mission to see him and gather evidence. On the investigators' return to a California airbase, the B-25 they were piloting crashed, killing both of them and destroying whatever evidence they were carrying. The FBI closed the case without any resolution.
It's known as the Maury Island Incident.
Nov. 2012 - I was working the night shift on an x-ray crew at a material gas plant. This was around 3 am and there was only four of us in the plant at the time. I took this picture after seeing something swaying side to side out of the corner of my eye. I was in the basket of a man lift coming down when I took the picture.
By the time I unhooked my harness to get out of the basket the creature was gone. The police were called and walked premises. The officer told me there were 26 UFO sighting calls throughout that night. If you zoom in you can see the silhouettes of eyes and elongated mouth. I have no doubt of what I believed I seen that night. The other person that saw it with me took off running for the truck.
When Jim Flood - who lives on Tahquitz Creek Golf Course, just yards from the wash - found a section of his prized BMW 321i shredded and riddled with what looked like teeth marks, he wasn't sure what to think.
When a neighbor told Flood he'd spotted two animals, "bigger than coyotes," tearing through the neighborhood in the wee hours the night before, he decided it was time to call the police and report the odd event.
Flood noticed the damage when he went to pick up his newspaper Sunday morning.
"I came walking out of the house on Sunday morning to pick up The Desert Sun," said Flood, who was not paid to say that.
"I walked outside - probably about 6:30 a.m. I saw a piece of the (convertible) cover was lying on the ground. Then I saw all this damage," he said.
When the duo of contractors picked up a job renovating an old building in Derby with a reputation for ghostly happenings, such as odd cold spots, mysteriously flickering lights, disembodied knocks, bumps, and the like (after all, the previous owner died in the home), it became a routine joke to challenge one another to a kind of "terror endurance" game. The two would dare one another to go into the basement, the source of the odd disturbances, and see how long they could last.
"See how long you can stay down there for," one contractor, Tom, says to the other.
"Ahh... no!" is the immediate response.
Well eventually, as tends to happen with dares, the taunted builder wound up in the basement with a camera phone in his hand. He lasted a full 30 seconds before witnessing an admittedly spooky sight, that of a "nude ghost", that sent him fleeing.
Tom posted the video online yesterday, sharing the footage and asking for an explanation.
The woman, identified only as Judy, had recently purchased a new baby monitor to keep tabs on her 89 year old mother. Judy's mother lives in the adjoining duplex, and thought that the camera might be a good way to monitor her elderly mother as she worked next door.
But after nightfall, Judy noticed something peering into the back window of her mother's home, and it didn't look human.
"It was after work in the early evening, I turned the monitor on to find mum safely in her lounge chair watching TV, but the window behind her revealed a distinct picture of an alien at the window," she told Before It's News.
"There is NOTHING in her lounge near that window that could cause a reflection like this."
