It's time for the fabled Hellhound - a portent of doom - to take a bow-wow.
Reports have been received on paranormal websites of the demonic dog roaming our area.
The hound, also known as the 'ghost dog of Brereton,' has been seen on numerous occasions stalking the roads leading into Brereton.
The apparition has been described as large, black, muscular, with sharp pointed ears and strangly glowing eyes. British folklore indicates that the black dog forewarns death.

An "explosion" rattled windows and nerves in homes from Huguenot to New Dorp last night, but the cause of the blast remained a mystery today.
About two dozen people called the Advance and dozens more posted on silive.com in search of an answer in what had become a guessing game late last night.
Police and firefighters responded to numerous 911 calls but came up empty.
What appears to be fact is that a loud "boom" at about 7:55 p.m. could be heard for miles.

When he showed the image to his girlfriend later that day they were amazed to see four eerie UFO shapes appearing to fly over the capital through the cloudy morning sky.

The new dungeon being built at Warwick Castle would, when complete, include a "torture chamber" and would see actors dressing up as ghosts and creatures from the dead to create frightening fun for visitors.
However, the castle may now not have to hire actors as contractors working on the site claim the real deal is already haunting the historic building.

Description: Hi there, I have just had a phone call off my friend, who was driving though Cannock Chase, Little Haywood about 8pm to 8.15pm. She says the UFO was about 50 foot in front and about 70 feet in the air.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: #1 My friends and I were sitting at Avos (restaurant)back patio at 4:30pm. I looked up and saw a shiny object high up in the sky, approx. 70 degrees above us. Clear sky. No wind. It flickered and jerked to the left then back again. I became excited and made everybody look. There were 7 of us, 4 for sure saw it. Everybody else could've cared less but I knew what I was looking at. I watched for 5 minutes as it moved erratically, staying in one central area. Nobody had a camera with them. I ran inside to see if anyone else had a camera, no one did. Came back outside and object was gone.

Today, Monday March 16, 2009 I received a phone call from a nice fellow who asked if I had received any kind of sighting reports for Phoenix, Arizona today. I hadn't and told the fellow so. He went on to explain that he observed something he thought to be a bit unusual. An object in the shape of a eraser on the end of a pencil flew across the sky, no contrail could be seen and it was observed for approximately 10 minutes. Just before it vanished, the man noticed a fast moving jet aircraft moving in the direction of the object he had been watching. As soon as the jet got close to the unknown it just disappeared. Should note that the jet aircraft had a contrail visible. If anyone had seen anything in Phoenix, Arizona for this date and time, would you please pass along the information as I sure would like to know and the witness also is looking for an answer to what he saw.

Shape of objects: 3 Hexagonal shaped landing pad imprints in sand about 3-4 feet in diameter with small hexagon shapes filling inside of larger hexagon. Each pad was about 3 feet wide and the three formed a triangle. Each pad was about 8-10 feet apart.
Weather Conditions: clear, sun just coming up, no wind, no clouds.
Description: Four Marines and myself observed 3 Hexagonal shaped landing pad imprints in sand about 3-4 feet in diameter with small hexagon shapes filling inside of larger hexagon (looked like a honeycomb) just over the side barriers of the rifle range.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was taking my dog outside and was in my backyard. It was a clear night and I had been out for a few minutes when something caught the corner of eye in the sky. I looked up and saw 7 triangle shaped lights. They were bigger and brighter than the stars. 3 of the 7 triangle lights actually formed a triangle shape and the 4 remaining were formed in a straight line horizontal to the triangle shape the other 3 had formed but below it a bit. There was no noise and they glided across the sky and then suddenly faded.
