Prof. Ana Luisa Cid writes to inform about yet another sighting - substantiated by videotape - in the vicinity of Mexico City International Airport (MCIA):

"Lic. Daniel Sánchez Rosales recorded a luminous shape in the skies over Mexico City, in a neighborhood near the airport, around 20:00 hours on June 22, 2009.

The Midweek Herald is receiving reports of a UFO sighting at Payhembury.

Eyewitnesses say a large red light, with smaller a orange light was seen moving towards the ground in the East Devon village late last Friday night.

"The orange was moving towards the ground and then began to rise up towards the red light again. When the two lights joined, it simply disappeared," a witness told the Herald's Sniff It Out team.

US: Woman Sees Large Gray Triangular Object in Night Sky

Time of Sighting: 1:30 AM EDT
Location of Sighting: West Palm Beach, Florida (Near Palm Beach Airport About 60 MI N of Miami)

Description: Listen to Recording of Interview With Witness (MP3 - About 5 Minutes Duration)

The witness reported the sighting on the same day that it occurred. To summarize the above recording she was outside having a cigarette and was looking at the stars. She immediately noticed a large gray triangular object moving slowly westward. The object blotted out the stars and appeared to move in a "somewhat circular" motion. The object then began retreating back in the direction that it came from. At this point the witness went inside to retrieve a camera and did not find one. She then returned outside and the object was gone. She observed the object for about 3 to 4 minutes. No sound was heard and the object had no lighting.

Date of Sighting: Sunday 14/06/09
Time: 10:15pm approx.

Witness Statement: I was stood in the doorway of my conservatory last Sunday evening whilst smoking a cigarette as we no longer smoke in the house since the birth of our daughter a couple of years ago. The evening sky was just starting to darken after the setting of the sun and there was moderate patchy cloud with the cloud base being at around 3000 ft. I had just seen an airliner pass traveling west to east though a gap in the cloud when out of the corner of my eye I noticed what I can only describe as a bright orange ball of light appear from behind a neighbour's house. My conservatory doors face east and the light was traveling from north west to south east at what i would guesstimate to be between 2500 ft and 3000 ft. I think the heights to be pretty accurate as we live in the flight path of Doncaster Robin Hood Airport and seeing large passenger jets is a daily occurrence as they approach Doncaster for landing. I would estimate the airspeed to be between 400 and 500mph as this thing was really moving compared to the approach speed of commercial air traffic which approaches Doncaster at around 180 to 200mph.

Witness Statement: Saw what looked like an bright object then immediately behind it came 3 others. They moved about together up and down, then slowly disappeared out of sight. The Sun sets in that direction and it looked like the last rays were showing them up in the sky. It lasted about 2 minutes. They couldn't have been aircraft, (the airport is about 3 miles away) their movement was inconsistent with aircraft, their direction was southeast and upward.

Time: circa 1.15am

Witness Statement: My wife and I were driving home from a party in the early hours of the morning of 21 June 2009 when I saw some lights in the sky to my right hand side. I pointed this out to my wife who saw them also and so I stopped the car and got out on the road and just watched them. There were seven lights in a fairly random formation moving across the sky in exactly the same formation. They were yellow white lights which at first I thought were hot air air balloons. It was quite hard to judge the distance they were away, but I would guess no more than 1 mile if they were hot air balloons. However, the lights were of the same intensity and there was absolutely no noise whatsoever; with hot air balloons you can always hear the gas burners being fired (I have been ballooning myself and we see many around where we live) and I would not have thought balloonists would travel in the dark; so I ruled out hot air balloons.

Witness Statement: I was traveling home from work at 10.15pm Saturday night. I noticed what I at first thought were two planes in the sky. I then realised that they were unusually close together. As I came over the hill I noticed a third light, this one was large and distinctly orange. I stopped the car to observe their movements and to determine whether they were aircraft. I could not see any head lights or flashing and the orange light moved too quickly downwards for me to consider that it could be an airplane. I then rang home and my mother witnessed two of the three lights I saw, moving quickly across the sky and then rapidly upwards into the clouds. She was outside at this time and could not hear any noise from these flying objects.

A mysterious cylindrical object has been spotted in the skies above the Black Country.

Retired teacher Mike Tunnicliffe was left scratching his head after seeing the UFO from his Walsall garden yesterday afternoon.

Mr Tunnicliffe, who works part time at County Bridge Primary School, ran to get his camera and snapped the strange shaped object. He's hoping Express & Star readers might know what it is.

The 63-year-old of Sutton Road said: "It was a long shiny black cylinder shape, pointed at one end like a pencil.

It was the winter of 1997. Mr. EJFP, 43, a security guard at a major industrial concern in Malleco (Chile) was monitoring Section 22, occupied by a water treatment plant some 20 meters distant from the main plant. The watchman was alone and pulling the 15:00 to 23:00 shift. He stood near a light post in a corner, as the guard post afforded poor visibility. It was a dark night, overcast but with no rain. Toward the northern reaches of the compound there was a wire fence, 10 meters away from the position he occupied. At 21:15 hours, his attention was drawn by something immediately beyond the barbed wire fence.

A person stood there facing him, average height , and completely dressed in white. He could not tell if the garment was a tunic, but it was clearly visible in the darkness. The watchman, as was his duty, challenged the arrival, as no one was supposed to come close to the facility. But the figure did not move, nor did it issue any sound or word whatsoever.

After a nasty surprise Thursday morning for one Bishopville resident, she's wondering if the "Lizard Man" is back.

Dixie Rawson of Bishopville sent WIS News 10 an e-mail about a big surprise she got at her home Thursday morning. "The whole front half of our van is chewed up. There are bite marks right through the front grill. Both sides of the van above the wheel wells were bitten and the metal is bent like a piece of paper."

It reminded Dixie of the local legend of the "Lizard Man" that stretches back for decades. Now some are wondering if the Lizard Man is back.

The legend blows in with a brisk winter wind, sending chills through neighbors in Lee County.

"I couldn't believe it, I just couldn't believe it," says Bob Rawson. He looks down at the blood and claw marks on his van. "He literally bit, you can feel where he bit straight through here."
