Hello, I just got back from a Caribbean Cruise, aboard Celebrity Solstice. We were outside on the top deck, star gazing with the Ship's Astronomer and about 6 others when we all witnessed a red orange ball for about 6 seconds going from left to right, towards the constellation Leo which had Red Mars beside it. I was gauging the color of the smoothly gliding UFO to Planet Mars which was presented. The UFO was alternating deep orange to red/orange, while Mars was twinkling more orangish.

No doubt in my mind that it could not have been a large bird with a white underbelly like the ship's astronomer stated. The video on your site from January 1, 2010 was spot on with what I witnessed with others. We were not fortunate to have a camera with us at the time. We were off the coast of St. Kitts, on our way to St. Maarten. What was equally strange is how the other witnesses reacted! A couple said politely good night and walked away as if nothing out of the ordinary occurred! The other people were dumbfounded, talking as if they did not see what had just transpired!

UFO seen and photographed by police officer in Turkey

A police officer in the town of Bursa Isnik in Turkey was inspecting the area surrounding a nearby lake known as Lake Isnik when he saw a disc shaped UFO silently flying above the water. The event took place around two weeks ago on Wednesday 6 January at 3:30pm.

The police officer, Mr Serrafatin Solak, was able to get a photo of the UFO with his mobile phone. Turkish UFO experts are now examining the image in order to verify that the object seen is a possible
extraterrestrial vehicle but Mr Solak has made up his mind.

'I am one hundred percent certain that what I saw was an alien craft'

This is the first major sighting in Turkey for 2010.

Witness Statement: Hello,

I wanted to get away from the U.S. sight's, I did however contact one a few days ago but have not heard back.

I don't know what it was that I photographed, but it was strange & unfamiliar to both my 15 year old son & myself. I am positive it wasn't a star, pretty sure it wasn't a planet (we saw three similar lights located roughly south/east, south & south/west, visible from 9:00pm to last view @! 2:30am, always situated in the same position), my wife says they are satellites, but I don't believe satellites are outfitted with a lighting system. Briefly, what my son & I saw, clearly, was a barbell shaped light with a distinctive reddish/orange light on one side a short dull white line then a brighter white light on the other side of the "barbell". There were three distinctive & exactly similar lights in the position's I described earlier. These lights would slowly & sporadically strobe including a blue light occasionally blinking in different position's. They also seemed to abruptly dart a short distance then back again to their original position, the boy & I always noticed @ the same time if looking @ the same position. The strangest objects are the smaller bright red objects (view pic's magnified to 350-800%) always in the same positions below the "barbells" usually two of them but a lot of times only one.

Witness Statement: Whilst gazing at Orion, what I thought at first to be a shooting star appeared to be three flying objects travelling extremely fast taking 5 to 6 seconds to clear 140 degree vision. Objects flying in loose formation in the same direction from South to North. A very dull orangey red silhouette. Completely silent. From my perspective I would have estimated that the objects were traveling between Mach 5-10.

Witness Statement: Three bright orange lights moved across the sky and were closely followed by two others. They all seemed to stop and form a square which seemed to be situated over the Chester area. They never made any sound and as it was a clear sky they were so clear. Watched them for a about three minutes and came indoors to see if they were clearer from the upstairs in my home but when I looked for them they had disappeared.

In an ironic encore, yet another secret military missile test has sparked widespread UFO reports from surprised ground witnesses.

On Dec. 9, a Russian Bulava missile was launched from a submarine within sight of northern Norway, resulting in a spectacular spiral display and a spate of UFO sightings.

This week's UFO reports apparently were sparked by a Chinese missile that was fired to intercept another missile in flight, for the first time in the nation's history.

Witnesses in China's inland provinces of Xinjiang and Gansu weren't as well equipped with cameras as last month's Norwegian witnesses were, so the only images reaching the West merely show fuzzy-colored clouds and streaks. The military secrecy surrounding China's missile test is so tight that Beijing officials seem to be at a loss as to how to respond to the reports.

US: Public & Police Report UFO Sightings near Prairie Farm, Wisconsin

Two nights in a row last week, dispatchers at the Barron County Sheriff's Department took calls about strange lights in the skies. Although some maintain they observed a UFO, authorities are characterizing the incident as nothing unusual.

At 8:30 p.m. Jan. 4, a call came in regarding something in the sky approximately 1 mile south of Prairie Farm with flashing red, blue and green lights but no sound. After watching the lights for about 15 minutes, the object appeared to have moved very little and seemed to be hovering in the same area.

Two deputies responded minutes before 9 p.m. and reported seeing something from Cty. Hwy. A. Then a third officer said that two objects could be observed. One of the officers deemed the objects to be satellites or airplanes.

I'm a homeowner / observer from Gulf Breeze FL. I wish to remain anonymous for obvious reasons. I have a report on a recent sighting that should match up with other reports in the area.

I'm confident at least 50-100 people would have seen the same thing, and include my neighbor as a witness. Taking out the trash at approximately 5:40 PM, Jan 13, 2010, looking north from "midway" towards Escambia Bay, I saw a bright white/orange-tinted (about -6 magnitude brightness) spherical light-form traveling East from Garson Point Bridge towards Eglin AFB's West boundary, at a rate of approximately 500 knots.

As it approached the middle of the bay, about 3-4 seconds since I noticed the object, it made a downward 180 degree turn at the same rate of speed. I dropped the garbage bag in the driveway, and knew that what I was seeing was not anything in our publicly known aviation inventory.
