Time: Around 1.30 am

Witness Statement: I had just gotten out of my boyfriends car around half one and was walking up to my house I looked to my left and seen something strange like a light, then the next minute there was an extremely bright blue light in my face and my sight when blank for a second. I turned and ran back to my boyfriends car when there was an extremely strange noise I can't really describe, it sounded like serious pressure pushing through the air, well that's the only way to describe it.

Date of Sighting: 19th January 2010
Time: 18:15

Witness Statement: Exactly one year since I first reported a sighting and just 3 miles up the road.

Driving home down the M1. Just south of Junction 20 (Lutterworth) orange light appeared on horizon to the South West. Object was only in view for a couple of seconds as it shot across the sky over my head towards the North East. No trail behind it, though the light could be seen reflecting from the low overcast. I saw a chinese lantern going overhead at new year and there was no resemblance to this object.

Animal experts are baffled by a small, hairless creature found dead on the golf course at Runaway Bay in Wise County.

Maintenance worker Tony Potter picked it up Wednesday morning. To him it looked a little like a raccoon with no hair.

"Definitely not a dog," he said.

Potter showed the remains to several people and then took it to a veterinarian's office in Bridgeport. He said no one there could identify it, either.

US: Slow moving triangle UFO moves over Pennsylvania farm

Four Pennsylvania witnesses watched a large, slow-moving, low-flying triangle UFO on January 15 moving over a farm, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

The craft had a light pattern similar to many other triangle UFO reports with "three somewhat large white lights on the bottom" and "one red, plasma like light in the middle of the craft."

They also report that the back of the craft "had 3 small white lights extremely bright surrounded by blue."

The following is the unedited and as yet uninvestigated report filed with MUFON. Please keep in mind that most UFO reports can be explained as something natural or manmade. If Pennsylvania MUFON Director John Ventre investigates and reports back on this case, I will release an update.

Mr. Vike, last night (1/18/10) at about 6:20 p.m., MST, my sister and I were driving NE on US Hwy 70 (on the Mescalero Apache reservation) when we both saw a large, golden light traveling in an eastward direction.

This light was most remarkable as it did not appear to be a meteor or anything else that was burning up in the atmosphere. It was moving at a speed of about 200 mph, totally silent, and could not have been any type of aircraft that we know of. It disappeared over the SE horizon. Duration of sighting: Nine seconds.

The Zone of Silence is one of those subjects that cause scientists to lose their patience with believers in UFOs and the supernatural. It is surely one of our planet's natural wonders, and far from being in some obscure part of the world, it is some four hundred miles from the U.S. border and even marked on the AAA road maps (although drug trafficking concerns would make the trip unadvisable). Its owes its suggestive name - which even inspired a horror movie called La Zona del Silencio directed by Rodolfo de Anda in 2004 - to the fact that magnetic aberrations make radio communications impossible in certain parts of the area, which is formally known as the Vertice de Trino: the place where the borders of the Mexican states of Durango, Chihuahua and Coahuila join between the twenty-sixth and the twenty-eighth parallel.

In an effort to discourage any paranormal chatter, scientists often stress the fascinating biological abnormalities found by researchers: strange reptiles and vegetation that is unique to the area, which aeons ago was underwater, as evidenced by the fossilized marine life that can be found scattered throughout the location. It is interesting to note that some official websites do not eschew mentioning the supernatural legend that has grown around the Zone of Silence, such as the belief that a region having similar characteristics must exist somewhere on the other side of the world, lost in Central Asia, a place where "earth energies" are concentrated.

Kansas: Police receive calls in response to explosive sound

El Dorado - This afternoon's regular schedule was interrupted by what was described by some as an explosion.

A barrage of reports to the El Dorado Police Department flooded phones shortly after, with callers describing the incident as a sound similar to an explosive occurrence.

The audible shock wave startled county residents as far away as Towanda, according to El Dorado Police officers.

The calls began at 2:32 p.m.
Reports near BG Products also came in concerned about the incident.

Officials said officers were dispatched in order to locate the source of the noise, only to find no obvious cause.

The origin is still unknown but officials think a sonic boom could be to blame.

My friend and I had a sighting over the skies of Los Angeles (we were in Pico Rivera looking due west) on the night of Sunday, January 10. It appeared to have a striking resemblance to footage I have seen on your show (3 bright lights that appeared to be planes coming in for a landing.

But when they started to hover in the sky we knew they weren't planes, and when the intensity of lights began to alter while they formed a perfect triangle in the sky we knew that they were something we've never seen before - a perfect triangle.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I'm not sure what this was, or if it is even a UFO parse. I had my kids with me sitting at the Giant parking lot, my oldest (9) in the front seat. I see a falling ball of light to the south and just that second, my son sees it too. He asks me if I seen that "planet fall from the sky?" I told him I saw it too.

Flotilla of Orange Lights Over Leyland, UK

Time: Between 9:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

I live in Leyland and on Sat 16/1/10 saw a flotilla of orange lights passing over Leyland. There must have been over twenty of them between 9:00pm and 9.30pm They were four lights in a diamond shape with an orange glow like a halo surrounding them. They were also seen by my son, daughter, and wife. They did not flash lake aircraft lights but were on steady. they were moving quite quickly but we could hear no sound.. they were all heading in the same direction except for a couple which appeared to change direction two or three times and then get back on course. It would be interesting to know if anyone can explain them.
