Witness Statement: Driving along the road at night when I saw an object hovering very low over some trees about 300 yards away, which I thought was a plane. As I got closer at about 150 yards the object was still hovering in the same place and it was straight in front of me. At about 20 yards away I could see that the object was not plane as it had no wings, nor was it a helicopter as it did not have any rotating blades on it, or a tail. I could see that it had blue, green and white lights and there was no noise at all.

England: A man sees a white, metallic, dome-shaped object going in and out of the clouds

Time: 4.00pm

Witness Statement: We were coming home from the school run and were in traffic. I noticed a white round object moving quickly through the clouds. It turned and went back in the direction it had first come from, it kept going in and out of the clouds and as the sun caught it I could see that it was white but metallic and more dome shaped. It then went back into a cloud and I watched for a while longer but it didn't appear again. This was near to the Tesco store in south Wigston. The sky was blue with large grey and white clouds. As I live near to Tesco I was able to observe the object as we moved through the traffic and parked at home.this is my first sighting of 2010.

Good Morning

The footage was filmed the evening of Tuesday 26th of January. Here is an account of what happened.

My mother was out in the garden with the two dogs as she was getting some coal to put on the fire. She was looking the the sky when she spotted what appeared to be an orange star. She looked at it for a few seconds then another on flew up to it. As soon as this happened, she ran into the living room to fetch me.

She said "Come quick, there's a ufo outside"

US: Kansas 5-year-old draws UFO after reporting 'round plane with bolts'

A Kansas parent is wondering if their 5-year-old's comments about "a round plane with bolts" and subsequent drawing could be an actual UFO sighting, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

The January 25 event occurred as the parent was driving their child home from school. The child made the comment about something she saw in the sky, but the parent, who was driving, was unable to view the object.

Two days later, the parent asked the child to make drawings of what she saw.

The following is the unedited and as yet uninvestigated report filed with MUFON. Please keep in mind that most UFO reports can be explained as something natural or manmade. If Kansas MUFON investigates and reports back on this case, I will release an update.

Hello, Happy New Year! We saw red, orange orbs of light over Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, that had been in a triangular formation, then in a linear formation and then they separated their formation. These orbs remained visible for several minutes right after turning into the New Year 2010. They were moving in a manner not like any star, planet or fireworks in the sky. A true phenomenon!

The witness called a few minutes after his sighting. He was riding a bus headed north. He noticed two green objects towards the northwest. One object was a dot and other one was oblong shaped. He felt that they were at a large distance. Thinking that the green lights (objects) were reflections off of the bus window he moved and found that the lights were still in the same position. He called another passenger to look and the passenger also saw the lights. Apparently the other passenger thought that the lights could be a reflection. The lights moved with a "bouncing motion." One light shot straight up and vanished above the clouds. The other object went behind a cloud and never reappeared. The lights were only visible for about 20 seconds.

Witness Statement: Around the time stated my wife was letting our dogs out from our motorhome, when she shouted me out down in the valley below us were some very strange orange lights we counted 6 and 2 more over the woods to our right. The 2 on our right were hovering about the trees, they then went over towards the 5 other lights and joined up. As we looked in the sky 1 came from behind us at about 200mph and joined up with all the others. There was no noise and no flashing lights on any of them. We watched them for 20 mins and they disappeard into the distance. It was a clear night no cloud cover.

Date of Sighting: 28th January 2010
Time: Approx 6.30pm and 9pm'ish

Witness Statement: Had two odd sightings tonight, which because my mind was distracted, I really didn't register too deeply, just came back to mind, so thought i'd share, in case anyone else saw them too.

Talking on the phone to my brother, half aware, I watched without thinking about it, a white pulsating light from my kitchen window, which made it directly East. It sort of 'appeared' and hovered in one place, then, blinked off, then reappeared some miles from where it first appeared in the east, then, seemed to dance from side to side, then, it was gone.

Witness Statement: About 3 weeks back when the snow came down, I was walking the dog around 10pm. I often take photos on my phone, mainly to record dates and such like for, in this instance snow and conditions we rarely see in this country. I had already taken a couple of shots just to catch the beautiful scenes around me in the light of the street lights. It was very dense low cloud at the time as this was obviously the clouds that were depositing the huge amounts of snow up and down the country.

England: Witness sees a large object emitting a flame from its undercarriage and flying erratically

Location of Sighting: Horsham, West Sussex
Date of Sighting: 5th January 2010
Time: 7.10pm

Witness Statement: I was sat in my car waiting outside Horsham train station when i saw a dark orange flame being emitted from an object going about the speed of a fast helicopter, several hundred feet in the air, below the clouds, flying from East to West. Thought it was a large Chinese lantern at first, but it was going way too fast & was the size of a helicopter.

I thought it may have been a helicopter or small plane on fire! It looked like the flame/light was on the the undercarriage which slightly lit up the rest of the object above it. Unfortunately not enough of the object was lit up for me to work out what I was seeing. There were no flashing lights and there was too much road traffic noise around me, so I was unable to hear if any sound was being emitted.
