Date: February 13 and February 20, 2010
Time: 7:30 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Halewood Liverpool Merseyside.
Number of witnesses: 3
Number of Objects: First time 3 next time 6.
Shape of Objects: Appeared round.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: On both occasions these lights followed each other appearing round orange shapes but with a red light on top. Moved slowly, no noise then one by one the lights went out and each appeared to be a grey disc which moved very fast. The last sighting was a clear sky and much more visible and I took a few photos.

Location of Sighting: Hwy. 11 SB west side above tree-line.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Difficult to determine.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I noticed an unusual light above the tree-line in the Temagami area; just north of Marten River. I pulled over my car and stood out to look and take pictures, but my camera would not co-operate. The object had on a flashing light in the bottom center, however not a beaming light. It also had two long incandescent bars of light, one on either side. It was stationary and I suspect rather large. It was a dark night and although there was other traffic, none stopped.

Several versions of the story have appeared with regard to the event that took place in Hidalgo on February 10, 2010.

First, it was a meteorite, then Russian space junk and now, a new channel of investigation presents itself.

Background

Multiple reports were received on February 10 regarding the sighting of a fireball crossing the skies over Mexico. Messages and phone calls came mainly from the states of Hidalgo and Puebla; some residents of Mexico City also claim having seen the phenomenon. The initial version that appeared in the media suggested that it was a meteorite.

"Sightings of UFOs are frequent in this sector. Once we shut off our electric generator, the darkness is pitch black, allowing us to see the night skies clearly," says Ms. Oyarzún.

She says that she saw the last object around 12:30 a.m. as she walked past one of the windows of her home. "I went to get the cellphone and I saw a powerful flash of light in the sky. We generally see them at considerable heights, but this one was flying at an altitude of under 100 meters."

Ms. Oyarzún adds that she was able to take the pictures as her video camera is always ready to record any funny thing that her children might do.

Mystery 'Halo' cloud appears over Mexico

A mystery 'Halo' cloud has appeared in the skies over Mexico, resulting in speculation of a UFO visit to the central American state.

The circular cloud was captured by an amateur cameraman above Mexico on February 11, and the video comments on YouTube suggest that it could be a hole punched in the sky by an alien craft.

It isn't the first time such a cloud formation has been spotted, after a similar mystery 'Halo' formation was spotted in the skies over Moscow late last year.

Witness Statement: Saucer shaped object hovering continuously in one place with red and green flashing lights going round in a sphere shape. When looked at with binoculars was completely unexplainable what this was - no sound, strange shape and lights continued to go round.

Witness Statement: I was walking up Oakhill Road when something caught my eye. As I passed the doctors this bright orange light in the sky was 'following me' up the road, it was very bright and solid, not like a chinese lantern. It was traveling very fast. As I reached my house I told my mum to come and look at it and she saw it too. It appeared to disappear but we went onto our back garden and it had stopped above our house. It had like flames behind it and it was orange.

Time: 21:30

Witness Statement: This is actually not the first time I've visited this site. We saw three orange lights flying in formation over Ayr just half an hour into New Year. And I was driving so I was sober! I thought about recording it but got distracted by this "Chinese Lantern" baloney. Well tonight we were walking back home after having a meal at a local restaurant. We saw a light in the sky as we walked along Ardlochan Road which is the shore front road in Maidens. I was telling myself that it was a jet cause that's what you want it to be but this bright, large orange light moved silently. There are no clouds tonight, frosty and very still so you can hear a pin drop outside. This thing was completely silent and no flashing lights you get from a plane. We are used to seeing planes at night here. It is on the flight path for Prestwick but this thing did not move like a plane or a helicopter.

Comment: It seems that people are starting to wise up to the "it's a chinese lantern" thing and are taking note of the fact that these things are not floating lanterns. Makes you wonder what the PTB are going to come up with next to "explain" UFOs away.

Time: 23.00-midnight

Witness Statement: Whilst driving back from Witney towards Aston with friends. We noticed a large white light in the sky, rather like a search light or laser being shone into the sky but there was no beam of light. The light seemed to move rapidly across the sky and seemed to be sitting above the cloud. It move from side to side, backward and forward and sometimes coming overhead. When it appeared overhead the light would spread.

Time: 6.30pm

Witness Statement: Went outside to get a better reception on my mobile phone..Whilst in conversation I looked up into the night sky and found myself staring at a large cylindrical bright yellow light form. No sound from that direction (looking S.E ) and told the person i was talking to.As I was speaking I suddenly heard airplane engines ...but got sort of spooked when I realised they were from another direction (SW) where a plane (seemed quite low) was taking evasive action.
