Time: 8.30 evening

Witness Statement: We saw 1 large orange star which seems to be moving above our bungalow slightly behind was another 3 in a form of a triangle. After 3 minutes they broke formation and one vanished then the other two sped away across our bungalow. Then 3 minutes later either another one came from over by Sully island or it was the one that vanished.

Witness Statement: My husband went into the garden and called me out to look at something in the sky. He observed this object for a while before calling me as he could not make out what it was. The object was star shaped and was a faint orange colour with a red pulsating light. At first I thought it was an aircraft or helicopter as it was moving very slowly but there was no noise and it did seem rather low for an aircraft. We watched it for a while, still moving, then it just disappeared, the light just went out.

Witness Statement: I was looking out my window when I saw 3 orange/red lights in a triangular formation, moving slowly across the sky from the South. I put my head out the window, looked up and saw 2 other lights in front, but not in any sort of formation. The triangular formation then moved into a line, which traveled across the sky and disappeared in a Northern direction. There was no sound.

US: Orange UFO drops cluster of white orbs over California town

A California witness is reporting an orange light in the sky that "dropped" smaller white lights that moved to a lower altitude and remained for several hours on March 27, 2010, according to witness testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

The witness went to retrieve a camera and a second witness, but upon returning to the same window, the orange light was gone.

About an hour later, the witness looked out the same window and noticed the smaller, white lights had remained.

"About an hour later, I woke up and my window was still open," the reporting witness stated. "It was then I saw that the smaller crafts that were dropped were all clustered and flying around in unusual patterns in the North West sky out of my window. I looked at them for four hours and couldn't figure it out."

US: Witnesses see UFO on rural road, then unmarked police car racing toward it

An Indiana witness is reporting a "huge, greyish colored disc" that dropped quickly below the clouds and then moved just as quickly back up into the sky on July 19, 2009, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

The incident occurred along a rural stretch of Pennville Road. The object is described as being larger than the minivan being driven. The object also had a "glowing characteristic" to it.

Unsure if the two events are related, the reporting witness mentions that shortly after the incident, as the road intersected with Route 40, an unmarked, white police car with "blacked out wheels came squealing off of U.S. 40 headed south."

"Keep in mind that we were out in the 'boonies' at about 10:30-11:00 at night. We didn't pass any accidents, and didn't see anything suspicious (except for the disc.) There wasn't any other traffic on the road that night. He could have been responding to an emergency, but, the coincidence really unnerved me."

US: Triangle UFO spotted over Maryland skies after star is blocked out

A group of Maryland star gazers were startled March 19, 2010, when they realized it was a triangle-shaped UFO that was blocking out a star, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

"I had a double-take and when I looked again, I saw a triangular shaped craft with four orange lights," the reporting witness stated. "Three of these four lights were located near the tips of the craft while the fourth was in the middle. I was in shock."

Witnesses to triangle-shaped UFOs typically report four orange lights, or three white lights at the tips, and an orange or red light underneath the object.

"This object wasn't hard to see or obscured by clouds, and I could CLEARLY make out the shape and lights on it."

This is the fourth UFO report for Maryland so far in March. There were three reports in February and six reports in January.

US: Rectangle UFO hovers low over I-15 near Riverside, California

Two California witnesses driving along southbound I-15 near Riverside on March 24, 2010, saw a rectangular-shaped UFO less than 700 feet off of the ground and 60 to 90 feet long, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

"It was generally light gray in color...nearly the ambient color of the sky at that time," the reporting witness stated. "It had lights along the exterior edges, and a flashing red light on one end."

Riverside is a city in Riverside County, CA, population 300,430.

US: Triangle UFO darts across Minnesota sky

A Minnesota witness is reporting a gray triangle-shaped UFO that moved fast across the night sky on March 22, 2010, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

The witness is reporting that the object flew in a straight line and very "smoothly."

The object moved so quickly that friends who were standing nearby never got a chance to witness the event.

An Alaskan hotel Web cam captured an unusual image of what appears to be a hovering cylinder-shaped object on March 20, 2010, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

The witness is a frequent user of the hotel Web site that projects a live Web cam of the property.

US: Second witness reported in UFO with 'claw' case

Three UFO reports from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database seem to be related as multiple sightings from one person and one from a second and independent source.

All three reports were filed with MUFON on March 25, 2010, relating to different incidents.

The first report recounts a sighting that a 31-year-old and his 12-year-old son had on January 31, 2010. The two were returning to Illinois from a trip to St. Louis when they saw what first appeared to be an "airplane on fire."

They report that the object moved directly over them and shocked them.

In a second report, the witness describes again driving home and seeing "the exact same bright lights, but this time it was much closer to the ground and stationary."
