New Mexico witnesses near Albuquerque are reporting a silent, "dimly illuminated" object low in the sky that was visible for less than one minute at 9:05 p.m. on April 3, 2010, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.
"It passed by roughly south to north," the reporting witness stated. "It was low in the sky (mountain tops visible above it). It was visible for probably less than a minute before disappearing beyond the neighbor's trees."
The witnesses state that the object had no navigation lights. An illustration of the object's path was provided by the reporting witness.
This is the fifth April UFO report for New Mexico MUFON. There were 10 reports in March, 5 reports in February, and 10 reports in January.
The following is the unedited and as yet uninvestigated report filed with MUFON. Please keep in mind that most UFO reports can be explained as something natural or manmade. If New Mexico MUFON State Director Donald R. Burleson, Ph.D. investigates and reports back on this case, I will release an update.
